PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Hugh Bagby has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to construct a boathouse and two piers totaling 992 square feet for private use. These structures will be located on St. Louis Bay along North Beach Boulevard in Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi.
