Ann Bailey, as Trustee for Renaissance Community Loan Fund, Inc., as Lender, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ("MERS"), as Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st Jud. Dist.
