HEARING NOTICE PASCAGOULA PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the City of Pascagoula on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., at the Pascagoula Senior Center at 1912 Live Oak Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi, to hear the application of: KEG Investments At: 3503 Nathan Hale Ave: For: Requests to: (1) rezone the front parcel of land lying north of Nathan Hale and south of Denny Ave from a Single Family Residential 6 (SFR) to Community Commercial (CC) District, and (2) grant a special use permit for townhouses. The property is zoned Single Family Residential 6 (SFR 6) in the front yard and Community Commercial (CC) in the rear yard and located in the City of Pascagoula, Jackson County, Mississippi, and is more particularly described as follows to wit: Lots 5-10, Lots 39-42 4, Square 7, M.A. Deeds Tract, Section 6, Township 8 South, Range 5 West, as shown in Surveyor's Record Book 1, Page 30. City of Pascagoula, Jackson Cunty, Mississippi, as recorded in the records of the Chancery Clerk, Less and Except that part shown on survey by Lewis Aldred, P.L.S. dated December 10, 2024 better described as follows: Part of Lots 40,41 and 42, Square 7, M.A. Deeds Tract, Pascagoula, Jackson County, Mississippi as recorded in Surveyor's Record Book 1, Page 30, Office of the chancery Clerk, Beginning at a found pipe at the southeast corner of Lot 42, thence N 36 degrees 30 minutes W along the east line of Lot 42 160.00 feet to a set ½ rebar, thence South 53 degrees 30 minutes W 117.00 to a set ½ rebar, thence South 36 degrees 30 minutes East 160,00 feet to a set ½ rebar on the north right of way of Nathan Hale Avenue, thence North 53 degrees 30 minutes East along said right of way 117,000 feet to the Point of beginning. Interested parties may appear at the hearing and speak and submit evidence and written comments on the application. Written comments may be submitted before the hearing, and additional information may be obtained about the application or review process, at the Planning & Building office at 4015 14th Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. After the above hearing, the Planning Board will make a recommendation to the City Council of the City of Pascagoula as to what action should be taken on the above application. The date the application will be presented to the City Council will be announced during the hearing at the Planning Board.
