At: 2620 Scovel Ave. The property is zoned Community Commercial (CC) and located in the City of Pascagoula, Jackson County, Mississippi, and is more particularly described as follows to wit: That certain tract, piece or parcel of land situated in Section 7, Township 8 South, Range 5 West, Jackson County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 1137 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 4 of the Bazile Krebs Tract of land in said Section; thence running West 111 feet; thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 785 feet; thence East 111 feet; thence North 785 feet to the Place of Beginning, which is the Northwest corner of what was formerly the RA Farnsworth Farm, said tract containing 2 acres, more or less.
