NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Gulfport's Governing Authority will conduct a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in the Council Chambers (2nd Floor of City Hall, 2309 15th Street, Gulfport, Mississippi) to consider the closure of the railroad crossing on John Clark Road in Gulfport, Mississippi along the Kansas City Southern/Canadian Pacific Railroad, which is just north of the recently improved railroad crossing on O'Neal Road.
