Public Notice Henry Hitpas has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to relocate the existing 11' x 22' drive-on floating boat storage structure from the flood side of the existing floating dock to the ebb side. To add a new 12' x 13'four-pile boat lift to the flood side of the existing floating dock. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use at 20 Lucy Creek Drive, Beaufort, SC 29907.
