O'Neil, a single person executed a certain Deed of Trust to Cecil D. McClellan, III, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Proficio Mortgage Ventures, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, on January 15, 2016, as Document Number 2016-151-T-J2.
