Also described as Lots 135, 136, and 137, Unrecorded Plat, and described in Deed Book 399, Page 524, Deed Book 1079, Page 843, and to the Grantors (George and Mary Rohr) by Quitclaim Deed from the City of Moss Point, Mississippi dated October 5, 2000, recorded in Book 1218, Pages 828-829, all instruments in the Land Deed Records of Jackson County, Mississippi. Being the same property as conveyed in Deed Book 1293, Page 834, Land Deed Records of Jackson County, Mississippi. INDEX INSTRUCTIONS: Section 31, Township 7S, Range 5W Parcel No. 20131276.100 You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Justin Payne, Plaintiff, seeking to have title to the above-described property confirmed and quieted in the name of the Plaintiff. Other Defendants of this action include Jackson County, Mississippi, Lynn Fitch, in her capacity as Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and Angel Myers McIlrath, in her capacity as District Attorney for Jackson County, Mississippi. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to James C. Fondren, James C.
