STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON 1st JUDICIAL DISTRICT SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on the 31st day of March, 2022, Diana Ortiz and Marco Ortiz, and Emmanuel Miranda executed a Land Deed of Trust to Mark C. Orgler, Trustee for the benefit of Endeavor Enterprises, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Land Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument # 2022-0007593-T-J1, 6 Pages recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, 1st Judicial District, Mississippi; and said Land Deed of Trust was assigned to H L & C – HARRISON, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, by an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated January 13, 2026 and recorded as Instrument # 2026-0000772-T-J1, 3 Pages recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, 1st Judicial District, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, H L & C – HARRISON, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, substituted trustee by instrument dated January 22, 2026 and found of record on January 27, 2026 as Instrument # 2026-0001520-T-J1, in the aforesaid office, therefore substituting Joshua Closson as Trustee, in place and stead of Mark C. Orgler, the original Trustee in said Land Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Land Deed of Trust and H L & C – HARRISON, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, the holder of the Land Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee so to do, I will on the 16th day of April, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o'clock and 4:00 p.m. o'clock, at the front door steps of the Harrison County Chancery Court, 1st Judicial District at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Harrison County, 1st Judicial District, Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: (Lot 13) Commence at the NE corner of the NE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 19, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County, Mississippi; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West along the East boundary line of said Section 19, a distance of 650.43 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 575.09 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 191.69 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West, 643.59 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 15 seconds East along said Northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road, a distance of 191.69 feet to point; thence North 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 642.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, located in the NE quarter of the SE quarter of said Section 19,. (Parcel No. 703N-01-001.000) (Lot 14) Commence at the NE corner of the NE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 19, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County, Mississippi; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West along the East boundary line of said Section 19, a distance of 650.43 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 338.39 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 191.70 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 642.24 feet to point on the Northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 15 seconds East along said Northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road, a distance of 191.69 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 640.88 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, located in the NE quarter of the SE quarter of said Section 19. The above-described real property includes manufactured homes described as (1) 2006 Horton Manufactured Home Serial # H214811G; (1) 2006 Horton Manufactured Home Serial # HJ214815G; and (1) 2007 Cavalier Manufactured Home Serial # CV07AL0461466.
