White executed a certain Deed of Trust to Morris & Associates, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, on April 7, 2022,, as Document Number 2022-0002768-T-J2.
