BILOXI HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP#JS03.26 JANITORIAL SERVICES The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is hereby soliciting proposals for general janitorial services at three (3) BHA large office sites, six (6) small office sites and four (4) laundry facilities located within the city limits of Biloxi, Mississippi. Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 2:00 pm. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the 330 Benachi Avenue Biloxi, MS 39530 on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 10:00 am to provide a project overview and allow Proposers to ask questions pertaining to the work. This will be the only time the site will be available for inspection and investigation. Proposals may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so they are received by the BHA prior to the proposal deadline date and time to: Amber Pavlov, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the outside of the sealed Proposal Envelope or Package: "JANITORIAL SERVICES RFP#JSR03.26" and the Proposer's name. No faxed or emailed proposals or amendments to proposals will be accepted. No proposal will be received after the deadline.
