COOPER, JESSICA COOPER, AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS AND/OR ENTITIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST, LEGAL OR EQUITABLE, IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN DEFENDANTS CAUSE NO. 26-0379-DNH SUMMONS (Service by Publication: Resident Unknown) To: ANY AND ALL PERSONS HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST, LEGAL OR EQUITABLE, IN AND TO THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT The Complaint filed against you has initiated a civil action affecting the subject property listed below: LEGAL DESCRIPTION That parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 6 South, Range 9 West, Jackson County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an existing concrete monument marking the SW corner of said Section 26; thence run N89° 36' 36"E for 367.48 feet to an iron rod; thence continue N89° 36' 36"E for 200.0 feet to an iron rod and the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 89° 36' 36"E for 167.48 feet to an existing iron rod; thence run N00° 00' 43"W for 260.87 feet to a point; thence run S89° 36' 36"W for 167.48 feet to a point; thence run S00° 00' 43"E for 260.87 feet to an iron rod and the Point of Beginning. Proposed 30' Ingress & Egress Description: A parcel of land located in the SW 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 6 South, Range 9 West, Jackson County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as: Commencing at an existing monument marking the SW corner of said Section 26; thence run N89° 36' 36" E for 367.48 feet to an iron rod; thence continue N89° 36' 36"E for 200.0 feet to an iron rod; thence continue N89° 36' 36"E for 167.48 feet to Point of Beginning; thence continue N89° 36' 36"E for 590.46 feet to an existing iron rod; thence run N00° 00' 37"W for 30 feet to a point; thence run S89° 36' 36"W for 590.46 feet to a point; thence run S00° 00' 43"E for 30 feet to a Point of Beginning. You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written Answer either admitting or denying each allegation in the Complaint to Je'Nell B.
