BILOXI HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION FOR BIDS IFB#SFR03.26 SUNCOAST FIRE REPAIRS The Biloxi Housing Authority is hereby soliciting bids for Fire Repairs at Suncoast Villas located at 228 and 230 Georgia Drive, Biloxi, MS 39531. Project scope includes various interior repairs. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later than Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 1:30 pm where at this time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A prebid meeting will be held at the project sites on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10:00 am to provide a project overview and allow Bidders to ask questions pertaining to the work. This will be the only time the site will be available for inspection, measurement, and investigation. Bids may be submitted in-person, courier and/or mailed so they are received by the Owner prior to the bid deadline date and time to: Amber Pavlov, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the outside of the sealed Bid Envelope or Package: "SUNCOAST FIRE REPAIRS IFB#SFR03.26", the Contractor name and MS Certificate of Responsibility Number.
