Said parcel being part of that property conveyed to the Grantor herein by Warranty Deed dated July 7, 1997, as recorded in Deed Book 313, Pages 435-442, and by that Corrected Deed dated October, 1997, both on file in Land Deed Records of the Second Judicial District, Harrison County, Mississippi.
