To: (1) Jennifer Munoz, whose post office address and street address are unknown, who may have or claim a right, title or interest as an heir of the Estate of Henry Munoz, deceased;
(2) The Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Henry Munoz and any and all other persons claiming any right, title or interest as heirs of the Estate of Henry Munoz, deceased, whose post office addresses and street addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry;
(3) Any and All Persons directly interested or adversely affected by the vacation of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 27 of Acreage Addition; the vacation of 203.95 feet of 6th Avenue adjacent to said Block 27 of Acreage Addition in Gulfport, Mississippi as defined on the plat of Acreage Addition, Plat Book 2, Page 102 in the Chancery Clerk's office; and the vacation of 5th Street south of and adjacent to Lots 3 and 4, Block 27, Acreage Addition; and,
(4) Any and All Persons having or claiming any interest, legal or equitable, in and to the following described property lying and being situated in the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, to wit:

Your response must be mailed or delivered not later than thirty (30) days after Wednesday, March 4, 2026, which is the date of the first publication of this Summons. If your response is not so mailed or delivered, a Judgment by Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
