PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Hancock County Board of Supervisors has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to construct an additional ADA accessible pier consisting of a ramp 45 feet in length by 8 feet in width, a landing 40 feet in length and 16 feet in width, and a second ramp 24 feet in length and 8 feet in width over sand beach, as well as a pier 40 feet in length and 12 feet in width over unvegetated waterbottoms at Washington Street, Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, MS.
