The Gautier City Council held a public meeting on February 17, 2026, to adopt the rezoning of six (6) properties (known generally as PID #82420270.000, # 82420270.100, 82420270.050, 82420270.000, 82420270.020, and #82420270.125) from an I-Industrial to AG Agricultural, as recommended by the Planning Commission. The City Council finds that the property should be zoned to AG-Agricultural, as more fully defined in the application, based on a mistake in the original zoning.
