This is a suit by Cecile Annette Saltzman to quiet and confirm tax title and for other relief for that certain property legally described as:

S-T-R: 23-08-13 PPIN 73578 YR 2021
Cecile Annette Saltzman, obtained her interest in the subject property via Quitclaim Deed granted by Joseph Ward, dated June 24, 2025, and recorded June 25, 2025, as Instrument 2025-0012940-D-J1, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi. Joseph Benjamin Ward, one and the same as Joseph Ward, was the highest and best bidder at the tax sale dated August 29, 2022, for the 2021 Harrison County, Mississippi ad valorem taxes which were not redeemed, and he was granted a Chancery Clerk's Conveyance Land Sold for Taxes for the subject property dated June 23, 2025, and recorded June 23, 2025, as Instrument 2025-0012676-D-J1 in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk.
