NOTICE TO DEFENDANT(S) You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by CONNIE L. MACKAY & DAVID M. MACKAY, Plaintiffs, seeking confirmation of a tax sale for certain real property located in Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND HAVING A FRONTAGE ON THE EAST MARGIN OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS MENGE AVENUE IN THE WIDTH OF 76 FEET AND EXTENDING THENCE BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 298 FEET AND BEING BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY LAND NOW OR FORMERLY OF ROBINSON; ON THE EAST BY LAND NOW OR FORMERLY OF ROBINSON; ON THE SOUTH BY A STREET KNOWN AS ROBINSON ROAD; AND ON THE WEST BY SAID MENGE AVENUE; AND BEING THE IDENTICAL PROPERTY CONVEYED TO OSCAR J. HAWKINS BY CLARENCE C. DAVION, ET UX, BY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 487, AT PAGE 37. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY HELEN J. VINCENT BY DEED DATED AUGUST 29, 1995 AND RECORDED IN BOOK 1313, PAGE 215, HARRISON COUNTY DEED RECORDS; AND BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY MARION MCAULEY BY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 1476, PAGES 505-506, HARRISON COUNTY DEED RECORDS. (TAX PARCEL # 0412J-01-019.000). You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint to Michael J.
