LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority is requesting sealed submittals for Insurance Brokerage Services. Insurance Broker(s) selected will provide professional insurance services for Property and/or Casualty Programs: Property: Commercial Property, Equipment Breakdown, Inland Marine (Contractors Equipment-Electronic Data Processing) and Terrorism Casualty: Airport Liability, Commercial Automobile, Workers Compensation, Public Entity Liability, Crime, Breach Response/Cyber and Volunteer Accident Medical: Health, Dental, Vision and Ancillary Employee Benefits Submittals will be received at the office of the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority on the 3rd floor of the Terminal Building at 14035-L Airport Road, Gulfport, MS 39503 until April 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and acknowledged. In order to be considered, submittals must be sealed, and have clearly written on the face of the envelope the following: "SEALED QUALIFICATIONS ENCLOSED FOR INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES TO BE OPENED APRIL 2, 2026." Four (4) copies of each submittal must be included in each sealed envelope. Submittal requirements are available from the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority at the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, 14035-L Airport Road, Gulfport, MS 39503 on request at no charge. All submissions are required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to review and evaluate submittals and the right to reject any submittal which does not comply with the instructions in this request. The Authority also reserves the right to award the Property Program and Employee Benefits/Ancillary Coverage and Casualty Program to separate brokers, on an individual basis, based on qualification. The Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any and all formality in the best interest of the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority. The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration of an award.
