NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on January 30, 2012, CAROLYN ANN BRIGGS executed and delivered a Deed of Trust to Charliene Roemer, Trustee for HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, INC., which is recorded as Instrument No. 2012-1141-T-J1 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, INC. appointed G. Martin Warren, Jr. as Substitute Trustee by instrument dated February 13, 2026, and recorded as Instrument No. 2026-2859-T-J1 in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, which default has continued for a period of time necessary for the holder to declare the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable, and HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, INC., the holder of the Deed of Trust as aforesaid, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee so to do, I will on the 16th day of March, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., at the East main door of the Harrison County Courthouse, Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described land and property lying and being situated in the County of Harrison, State of Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot 3, The Trace Subdivision, a subdivision as shown by map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 18, amended and recorded in Plat Book 53 at Page 7 of the records of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi.
