Jackson County Utility Authority Poticaw Bayou Road Water Main Extension ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Poticaw Bayou Road Water Main Extension Project will be received by Jackson County Utility Authority at the office of the Jackson County Utility Authority, 1225 Jackson Avenue, Pascagoula MS 35967 until 10:00 A.M., local time on March 24, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the installation of a water main along Poticaw Bayou Road in Jackson County. Bids will be received from a single prime Contractor. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items, if any, as indicated in the Bid Form.
