SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, 12/17/2012, Brian C. Wilson joint tenants and wife, Faith L. Wilson executed a certain deed of trust to M. Andrew Remson, a Louisiana Corporation, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for America's Mortgage Resource, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the 1st Judicial District of the Chancery Clerk's office of Harrison County, State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 2012-12249T-J1 and recorded on 12/20/2012; and
WHEREAS, Vylla Solutions, LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated 1/26/2026 and recorded in Instrument No. 2026-0001658-T-J1 the aforesaid 1st Judicial District of the Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Vylla Solutions, LLC, as Substituted trustee of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, Vylla Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on 3/31/2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.), East Front Door of the Harrison County Courthouse (1st Judicial District), 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501 to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Harrison County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
A parcel of land being the South Half (1/2) of Lot Three (3), Block Eighteen (18), SMITH'S SUBDIVISION and the South Half (S1/2) of Lot Four (4), Block Eighteen (18), SMITH'S SUBDIVISION, situated in Section 34, Township 7 South, Range 12 West, First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi and more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northwest (NW) corner of Lot Three (3), Block Eighteen (18), Smith's Subdivision, Half (1/2) inch rebar found; thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 156.96 feet to the Point of Beginning, Half (1/2) inch rebar set; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 626.33 feet to the East line of said Lot Four (4), Half (1/2) inch rebar set; thence along the East line Lot Four (4), South 00 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 156.82 feet, Half (1/2) inch rebar found; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 626.30 feet, Half (1/2) inch rebar found, thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 157.04 feet back to the Point of Beginning.
