NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF 1ST DISTRICT HARRISON WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 22, 2010, executed by SUSIE R LINDSEY conveying certain real property therein described to WILLIAM H. GLOVER, JR, as Trustee, for WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi filed and recorded June 30, 2010, in Deed Book 2010, Page 6743 T-J1; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GV Trust 2025-1; and WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on March 11, 2026 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the East Front Door of the Harrison County Courthouse (1st Judicial District), 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501 proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi, to wit: LOTS FIVE (5) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN THE ZENO M. JONES SUBDIVISION AS SURVEYED ON FEBRUARY 9, 1954 BY A. W. RAMSAY, COUNTY SURVEYOR, A PLAT OF SAID SURVEY BEING RECORDED ON SURVEYORS RECORD BOOK 1 AT PAGE 63 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI SAID LOTS BEING A PART OF THE PROPERTY CONVEYED BY THE CITY OF GULFPORT TO ZENO M. JONES, SAID CONVEYANCE BEING OF RECORD IN DEED BOOK 249, AT PAGES 342-344, HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. PROPERTY ADDRESS: The street address of the property is believed to be 501 CHESHIRE DR, GULFPORT, MS 39507. In the event of any discrepancy between this street address and the legal description of the property, the legal description shall control.
