NOTICE TO DEFENDANT(S) You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by ESTATE OF JACK RISHER BETHEA, Plaintiff, seeking confirmation of a tax sale for certain real property located in Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 13, ALL OF LOT 14, & THE EAST 18 FEET OF LOT 15, ALL IN BLOCK 2, MISSISSIPPI LAND AND ABSTRACT COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION OF HEWES AVENUE, CITY OF GULFPORT, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT, IN DEED BOOK 54, AT PAGE 498 THEREOF, REFERENCE TO WHICH IS HEREBY MADE IN AID OF AND AS A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
