NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION FOR BID The Harrison County School District will accept sealed proposals until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9th 2026, for Upgrading and Replacement of Network Infrastructure Equipment at the following eight (8) schools: Bel-Aire Elementary, River Oaks Elementary, Lyman Elementary, Lizana Elementary, Pineville Elementary, North Gulfport K-8, Woolmarket Elementary, North Woolmarket K-8. The Harrison County School District will accept un-priced proposals until: 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 9th, 2026, online at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Submissions will be evaluated, and qualified vendors will be invited to submit priced proposals by online reverse auction on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 10 a.m. To receive a copy of the specifications please the Director of Technology by email: mvaldez@harrison.k12.ms.us Specifications may also be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com. Harrison County School District reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets.
