SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on November 18, 2021, Bruce Davis, married man executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Gulf South Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on November 23, 2021, as Instrument No. 2021-0019511-T-J2, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the Second Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 2025-0005484-T-J2 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi.
