NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF 1ST DISTRICT HARRISON WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated February 28, 2014, executed by CHARLES H RUTLAND and JUNE K RUTLAND conveying certain real property therein described to MICHAEL LYON, as Trustee, for MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS BENEFICIARY, AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS INC., Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi filed and recorded March 25, 2014, at Instrument Number 2014 2274 T - J1; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc.; and WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on February 24, 2026 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the East Front Door of the Harrison County Courthouse (1st Judicial District), 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501 proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi, to wit: LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HARRISON IN THE STATE OF MS.
