PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING TO THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. §§ 77-3-47 and RP 15 of the Commission's Public Utilities Rules of Practice and Procedure, that the Mississippi Public Service Commission (Commission) has scheduled a hearing on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, in Docket No. 2025-UA-116. At said date and time, McGill Wellworks, Inc. will be given the opportunity to be heard on its Petition seeking a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing it to operate and maintain a water system in a specified area in Harrison County, Mississippi.
