LEGAL NOTICE Moore Investment Holdings, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company formally dissolved on the 29th day of December, 2025, publishes this notice of its dissolution pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated § 79-29-819. Any person desiring to make a claim against this dissolved limited liability company must submit the following information to, Lucile L. Moore, Trustee of the Subtrust A of the Guy W. Moore Revocable Trust and the Lucile Moore Revocable Trust, at 803 Farnsworth Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567: (1) the claimant's full legal name, current mailing address and telephone number, (2) the date on which the alleged event or events giving rise to the claim occurred, (3) a full and detailed description of the alleged event or events giving rise to the claim, including the full name and present address of any witnesses to the potential event or events, and (4) a precise statement of the claim, including all alleged damages and injuries.
