SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on November 8, 2013, Linkton Lockett III, Married & Christie Lockett, Married executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Green Tree Servicing LLC, which deed of trust was recorded on December 4, 2013, as Instrument No. 2013 12741 T-J1, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 2023-0009586-T-J1 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi.
