Pilger Esq. as Trustee for Terry and Tammye Jones, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, In the State of Mississippi, as Instrument 2022-0020882-T-J1; WHEREAS, on October 16, 2025, Terry and Tammye Jones executed a Substitution of Trustee, substituting Steven D. Settlemires as the Trustee for Terry and Tammye Jones, in the place of and stead of David B. Pilger, which Assignment was recorded as Instrument 2025-0024443-T-J1; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Land Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Land Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 2nd day of March, 2026, I will during legal hours, at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the East main front door of the Harrison County Courthouse at Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Harrison County, Mississippi, to-wit; A parcel of land lying and being situated in the City of Gulport, Mississippi, and being further described as the North 48 feet of Lots Thirteen (13), and Fourteen (14), Block Five (5), Edgewater Park, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof which is on file of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk in the First Judicial District of Harrison County, MS, in Plat Book 9, at Page 15 (Copy Book 4, at Page 286), referenced to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
