Public Participation Plan
In compliance with federal regulations 23 CFR 450, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking the public's input on the proposed update to the Public Participation Plan (PPP). The MPO uses a documented participation plan that defines a process for providing the general public, affected public agencies, representatives of public transportation employees, public ports, freight shippers, providers of freight transportation services, representatives of users of public transportation, representatives of users of pedestrian walkways and bicycle transportation facilities, representatives of minority, low-income, and traditionally underserved groups, representatives of the disabled, and other interested parties with reasonable opportunities to be involved in the metropolitan transportation planning process. Public comments on the proposed update can be emailed to kyarrow@grpc.com or mailed to 1635 Popps Ferry Road, Suite G, Biloxi MS, 39532 before March 13, 2026.
