Ann Bailey, Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. and MERS, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the Second Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, as Instrument No. 2022-0003493-T-J2 (the "Deed of Trust"); and WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of February, 2024, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. This property is to be sold subject to the Deed of Trust referenced above, and recorded as Instrument 2022-0003493-T-J2, in the records of the above said Chancery Clerk's office, and the underlying indebtedness secured thereby.
