Howell, seeking to have Benjamin Taylor Howell, Jeffery Wayne Howell, Gerred Dustin Howell and John Benjamin Howell adjudicated by this Court to be the sole and only heirs-at-law of Jonathan Scott Howell, deceased, as fully set out in the Petition on file.
