Notice of Complaint for Exoneration Notice is hereby given that Marty McGrath, as owner and operator of the unnamed vessel bearing Hull ID# FGQ4K053G304 has filed a Complaint pursuant to 46 U.S.C. §§ 30501 et seq., seeking exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims for loss, damage, injury or destruction of any nature or kind arising out of an alleged accident on or about March 2, 2022, the subject vessel struck Horn Island all as is more fully set forth in the Complaint filed herein.
