Trustee's Notice of Sale WHEREAS on May 1, 2025, Landon S. Eldridge and Chelsi N. Eldridge executed a Land Deed of Trust to Allison M. Taylor, as Trustee for the benefit of Christopher G. Tietz, which deed of trust is recorded at Instrument No. 2025-0002682-T-J2 et. seq., in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Harrison, Second Judicial District, State of Mississippi; and WHEREAS, by instrument dated December 9, 2025, and recorded on December 11, 2025 at Instrument No. 2025-0008469-T-J2, Christopher G. Tietz, substituted Patrick A. Sheehan, 429 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, Mississippi 39564, as Substituted Trustee in the stead of Allison M. Taylor; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having become due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust; and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Christopher G.
