City of Gulfport Term Contract Notice is hereby given that the City of Gulfport will receive sealed bids until 10:00 am, local time, January 12, 2026 at the Office of Procurement, located at 1422 23rd Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501 after which time they opened and read aloud, for the following: Group C2A – Culvert and Ram Neck Piping Electronic copies of the bid packages are available by contacting jversiga@gulfport-ms.gov or from www.gulfportmsbids.com. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. The City of Gulfport reserves the right to amend the specifications as necessary and agrees to notify all parties having requested bid packets. All bids are to be submitted on the bid form as provided within the specification packet. Failure to do so may disqualify the bidder. Bids can be uploaded to the Planroom at www.gulfportmsbids.com or delivered to Department of Procurement, Jones Building, 1422 23rd Avenue (2nd Floor), Gulfport, MS 39501. The City is not responsible for any bids which are mailed to the wrong address or which arrive in the mail after the designated bid opening time. Bids may be delivered in person to the Owner's office prior to the bid opening at the time, date and location listed above. The City reserves the right to accept bids by items or by group and to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Gulfport. Bids will be awarded to the "lowest and best" bid submitted.
