TO: MASON COMBEST, who is believed to be a non-resident of the State of Mississippi, or not to be found therein after diligent search and inquiry, personally made by the Plaintiffs, herein, and whose place of residence, post office, street and house address are unknown after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same personally made by the Plaintiffs.
You have been made Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Ashton McNeese and John McNeese, seeking a Complaint for Termination and Adoption. You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint at 9:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of January, 2026, before Honorable Mark Maples at the Jackson County Chancery Courthouse, Pascagoula, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
