REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
GENERATOR SERVICE
The Jackson County Utility Authority, hereafter referred to as Owner or JCUA, has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms for a long-term professional maintenance and service contract, to include, but is not limited to: inspection, routine maintenance, rehabilitation, repair, and replacement, where necessary, of the Owner's emergency power and standby generators. The qualifying firm shall assume full responsibility and accountability for maintenance issues relating to the Owner's emergency power and standby generators. It is the sole intent of RFP to determine the most qualified firm to which the Owner could contract these services. Proposals are accepted until 10:00 A.M. January 14, 2026, at the office of the Owner, 1225 Jackson Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567. To request a copy of the RFP documents, please email Amy Thompson (athompson@jcua-ms.us).
