The applicant is proposing to permanently fill +/-0.093 acres of low-quality scrub shrub wetlands and +/- 0.007 acres of high marsh for the construction of a single-family residence with a pool, two elevated walkways, a bulkhead, and a boathouse located on Clleeves Street in Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, MS.
