NOTICE OF MERGER APPLICATION Notice is given that Merchants & Marine Bank, 3118 Pascagoula Street, Pascagoula, MS 39567, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance and the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions for consent to merge Farmers-Merchants Bank & Trust Company, 100 S Main Street, Breaux Bridge, Louisiana 70517, with and into Merchants & Marine Bank (the "Merger"). Following the Merger, Merchants & Marine Bank would be the surviving bank, and Farmers-Merchants Bank would be operated as a division of Merchants & Marine Bank. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated, except that the main office of Farmers-Merchants Bank would become a branch location of the surviving bank.
