SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on July 9, 2021, Lavorchano Quovadis Maxie and Genora Lasha Maxie, Husband and wife executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS OF COLORADO, LLC., its successors and assigns., which deed of trust was recorded on July 13, 2021, as Instrument No. 202117856, in Book 3809, Page 701, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS OF COLORADO, LLC D/B/A MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS FINANCIAL by assignment recorded in Book 4196, Page 572 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
