SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on February 19, 2025, The Sherwood Family Trust and Brett E. Sherwood executed a Deed of Trust to Cypress Ascendant Services, Trustee for the use and benefit of RTFF EC, LLC, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, as Deed of Trust Instrument Number 202504689; and WHEREAS, RTFF EC, LLC, has heretofore substituted Joel L. Blackledge, as Trustee by instrument dated September 5, 2025, and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Instrument Number 202521798; and, WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, RTFF EC, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale. NOW THEREFORE, I, Joel L. Blackledge, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on December 29, 2025, offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the Jackson County Courthouse, located in Pascagoula, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Jackson County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: UNIT E-1 AND E-5, ANTEBELLUM CONDOMINIUMS LOCATED IN JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS PER THE OFFICIAL MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, IN PLAT BOOK 23, AT PAGES 15-16, AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS APPENDED THERETO, DATED APRIL 2, 2007 AND OF RECORD IN DEED BOOK 1425, PAGES 658-718, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TOGETHER WITH EACH UNIT INCLUDING AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/77TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON AREAS AS SUCH ARE DEFINED IN SAID DECLARATION, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE APPURTENANCES THEREOF, ALL ACCORDING TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
