Polunsky, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primelending, a Plainscapital Company, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison 1st County, Mississippi in Instrument# 2020 1667 T-J1; and WHEREAS, on the 17th day of June, 2025, the Holder of said Deed of Trust filed a Loan Modification Agreement of Deed of Trust by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk of Court in Instrument# 2025-0012002-T-J1; and WHEREAS, on the 27th day of June, 2023, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
