Pursuant to §91-7-269 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended, you are hereby notified to file your claim by the hearing date, (as set out below), and are summoned to appear in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, at 9:00 a.m. on the hearing date on the 5th day of February 2026 before the Honorable Mark A. Maples who will take up such claim or claims for examination and adjudication, and any objections thereto in the Jackson County Courthouse located at 3104 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi. It is not necessary for any creditor to re-file with the Clerk of the Chancery Court, any claim against the estate of JULIUS HARDY HUNT, deceased, that has already been duly probated and registered within the time and manner required by law.
