Gibbs executed a Deed of Trust in favor of BankFirst Financial Services, Lender/Beneficiary and Steve Taylor, Trustee which Deed of Trust was recorded in the records of mortgages and deeds of trust on land on February 23, 2023 as instrument number 2023 0003076 T-J1 in the office of the Chancery Clerk for Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, and re-recorded in said office on August 22, 2025 as instrument number 2025 0018183 T-J1, with respect to real property located in Harrison County commonly known as 11201 Creek Road, Gulfport, MS 39503 and more particularly described herein below and; WHEREAS, BankFirst Financial Services, the present owner and holder of the above-described Deed of Trust, has heretofore substituted William P. Wessler as Trustee in said deed of trust by instrument dated November 4, 2025 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office on November 25,2025 as instrument number 2025-0025368 T-J1; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, BankFirst Financial Services , the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, Trustee's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, William P. Wessler, Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust will on TUESDAY, JANUARY 6, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the East main front door of the county courthouse for Harrison County, First Judicial District in Gulfport, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the real property being situated in the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot 18, Fritz Creek Subdivision, Phase One, a subdivision located in the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, as per the official map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi in Plat Book 31 , Page 21.
