You have been made defendants in the lawsuit filed in this Court. The Petition filed against you is a civil action seeking to determine the sole and only heirs-at-law of Reginald Wesley Stewart, deceased as the following: Veronica Stewart, Luke Stewart, Charles Issac Stewart, Reginald W. Stewart and Daniel Stewart.
