You have been made defendants in the lawsuit filed in this Court. The Petition filed against you is a civil action seeking to determine the sole and only heirs-at-law and beneficiaries of Levi Strowder, Jr. are the following: The Levi Strowder, Jr. Trust, Delana Mckissic, Bernadette Jean Strowder, Lenel Strowder, Levi Strowder, III. and Yvette Strowder.
