SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on June 25, 2007, Robert W. Andersen, A Single Man executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, which deed of trust was recorded on August 2, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007 15402 T J1, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi.
